Kr\u00e1tk\u00e9 p\u0159edstaven\u00ed Jiru\u0161i, ur\u010dit\u011b neu\u0161kod\u00ed.<\/p>\n\n

Nejsem a nikdy jsem nebyl vrcholov\u00fdm sportovcem, a dnes u\u017e to asi nedo\u017eenu \ud83d\ude0a. <\/p>\n\n

Jako d\u00edt\u011b, vyr\u016fstaj\u00edc\u00ed v minul\u00e9m re\u017eimu, jsem nav\u0161t\u011bvoval r\u016fzn\u00e9 krou\u017eky, od myslivosti p\u0159es \u0161achy a\u017e po rychlostn\u00ed kanoistiku. Kanoistika se pro m\u011b stala velkou radost\u00ed a zp\u016fsobem, jak sm\u011b\u0159ovat svou energii u\u017eite\u010dn\u00fdm sm\u011brem.<\/p>\n\n

S postupem \u010dasu jsem pro\u0161el asi dnes norm\u00e1ln\u00edm p\u0159\u00edb\u011bhem \u2013 st\u0159edn\u00ed \u0161kola, nov\u00e9 v\u00fdzvy (alkohol, party, p\u00e1rty). <\/p><\/div>\n\n

Pot\u00e9 p\u0159i\u0161ly rodinn\u00e9 z\u00e1le\u017eitosti, starosti o rodinu, d\u011bti atd\u2026 Dnes m\u00edrn\u011b otlu\u010den \u017eivotem jsem tak trochu propadl svod\u016fm b\u011bhu, obzvl\u00e1\u0161t\u011b trialov\u00e9ho. P\u0159\u00edroda a cesty v p\u0159\u00edrod\u011b, traily, v\u00fdlety mi dod\u00e1vaj\u00ed energii, klid a pohodu. Sice asi nejv\u011bt\u0161\u00ed \u010d\u00e1st blogu se bude to\u010dit kolem b\u011bhu, ale r\u00e1d se zaob\u00edr\u00e1m i jin\u00fdmi aktivitami, nejenom b\u011bhem.<\/p><\/div><\/div><\/div><\/div><\/div>

B\u011bh m\u011b b\u011bhem m\u00e9 cesty tak trochu pohltil. Od b\u011b\u017ece okolo Jabloneck\u00e9 p\u0159ehrady jsem se postupn\u011b dostal mezi ty, kte\u0159\u00ed si stanovuj\u00ed c\u00edle a sna\u017e\u00ed se jich dos\u00e1hnout. B\u011bhem t\u00e9to cesty jsem mnohokr\u00e1t zvolil nelehk\u00e9 \u010di nesmysln\u00e9 cesty, narazil t\u0159eba formou zran\u011bn\u00ed, nemoci, ale v\u017edy jsem se zvedl a \u010dasem se i pou\u010dil, jak vel\u00ed z\u00e1kon \u017eivota. <\/p>\n\n

Na tomto blogu nem\u00e1m v \u00famyslu n\u011bkoho p\u0159esv\u011bd\u010dovat \u010di pou\u010dovat, jen se pokus\u00edm popsat svou cestu. Asi se neshodnu ve sv\u00fdch postoj\u00edch a n\u00e1zorech se v\u0161emi, ale to nevad\u00ed. R\u00e1d zde budu sd\u00edlet sv\u00e9 radosti z pohybu, nezdary a cestu, jak jsem se s nimi vyrovnal j\u00e1. M\u00fdm c\u00edlem je motivovat podobn\u011b sm\u00fd\u0161lej\u00edc\u00ed lidi k radostn\u00e9mu pohybu a \u0161\u0165astn\u011bj\u0161\u00edmu \u017eivotu.<\/p>\n\n

Jedin\u00e9, co mohu sl\u00edbit, je, \u017ee v\u0161e, co tady budu publikovat, je testov\u00e1no na lidech. Jsem typ \u010dlov\u011bka, kter\u00fd tomu, \u010demu nerozum\u00ed, nev\u011b\u0159\u00ed, a nejl\u00e9pe tomu porozum\u00ed, kdy\u017e to vyzkou\u0161\u00ed na sob\u011b.
